By accessing or using Text Agent ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Text Agent is a SaaS platform that provides content management, AI-powered content optimization, asset generation, and multi-site blog management services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or due to factors beyond our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Text Agent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
• • You may export your data for 30 days after termination
• • We may delete your data after the export period
• • Outstanding fees remain due and payable

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
