• License to Us: By using TextAgent, you grant Baytech Consulting LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to host, process, back up, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
• AI-Generated Content: Provided “as-is” without warranties. Outputs may contain errors and must not be relied on for legal, financial, or medical advice.
• Company IP: All TextAgent software, designs, logos, and technology are the exclusive property of Baytech Consulting LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use them outside the service.
